CommIT is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee all aspects of a technical contract consisting of multiple work efforts specific to new and emerging DevSecOps, cloud, and software technologies in Charleston, SC. This is a Hybrid role that requires a strong background in program management of complex projects and a thorough understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies. Experience with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) or similar programs is highly desirable. This position is also responsible for assisting in developing business development strategies and capture plans, preparing and presenting briefings to potential and current customers, and preparing technical and cost proposals.

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to-
Required Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business
Minimum 15 years of technical experience.
Experience must include at least eight (8) years of Program Management experience, to include: Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning.
