Overview

CommIT is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Yuma, AZ with demonstrated expertise supporting Theater Battle Management Core Systems – Marine Corps (TBMCS-MC). This position will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise in testing, engineering, system management and joint aviation capabilities.

Our enterprise systems support includes the Department of Defense's (DoD) GCCS-MC, CAC2S, TBMCS-MC, and the Department of Veteran's Affairs' (VA) telehealth communications. Responsibilities

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to-

 

  • Support the development and implementation of end-to-end Test & Evaluation (T&E) support for TBMCS and emerging Joint Air Command and Control (AC2) applications. Support shall include developing operationally realistic test concepts, risk assessment determinations, operational data requirements, interface requirements, test planning, test execution and test reporting across the C2 framework of Joint Air Operations.
  • Support Program Executive Officer Land Systems (PEO LS) by coordinating with the Combined Test Force (CTF) to support Joint AC2 testing to include the Air Operations Center Weapon System (AOC WS) development and sustainment activities and TBMCS Force Level development and sustainment activities and modernization activities of emerging AC2 applications. Support shall focus on the Joint processes to automate the production, dissemination, and execution of the Authority to Operate (ATO) to subordinate Marine Air Command and Control System nodes such as the Tactical Air Command Center (TACC) and the Direct Air Support Center (DASC), and interoperability with the USAF AOC WS and the USN Joint Air Operations Center and Maritime Operations Center.
  • Advise and support the PEO LS for USMC AC2 programs by providing technical AC2 domain knowledge.

Qualifications

Required Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; required.

  • Ten (10) years of professional experience.

  • Six (6) of the ten (10) years must detail progressively increasing levels of responsibility in organizations and task experience

Security/Travel Requirements:

  • Secret Clearance 
  • Travel up to 30% of the time.
